PoroGen Corporation was founded with the purpose of commercializing chemically inert and high temperature resistant porous polymeric materials for a wide range of applications including nanofiltration, microfiltration, gas separation, and gas transfer.
PoroGen’s technical strengths are based on our capability to manufacture porous materials from high temperature polymers, on the understanding of the relationships between the structure and properties of these materials, and working directly with customers on what their real needs are for porous material based products.
PoroGen has developed several product lines for separation and purification of “aggressive” fluids. Porous materials developed by PoroGen can be used for variety of applications including membranes for gas and liquid separation, membranes for gas transfer and liquid degassing, adsorbents, and catalyst supports. Membranes are manufactured in both hollow fiber and flat sheet configuration.
